Antique Snap is made by one person. The quickest route is inside the app: open Settings, tap Send Feedback, and write as little or as much as you like. A screenshot of the result you had a problem with, together with the photo you scanned, is the most useful thing you can send. Questions about a charge or a refund are best taken to Apple first, since billing runs entirely through them; the pricing page explains how.
